Goal

The book reframes the camel to remove the association it has with tourism. Instead of being a quick to read image on a postcard, it is humanized and raised to a higher value by exploring and understanding its features one by one, or the things that truly make it a camel.

Illustrations

The illustrations in the book are meant to be quick and identifiable body parts of the camel that are dissected to show the importance of each individually.

Each illustration features details necessary to identify it with the camel. For example, this one features the hair.

Sample Spreads

Each spread depicts a feature of the camel, followed by a description of its function.

The book is made to resemble a children's book to make the topic more fun and easy to digest.
